Heaton Community Centre

The Heaton Community Centre classes are ideal for both beginners and more experienced capoeira students.

There are two classes on a Tuesday evening at Heaton Community Centre.  The first class is a drop in music session, so bring along your instruments and join in!  If you don't have your own instruments there are normally spare berimbaus, pandeiros, agogos and reco-recos to develop your skills.  The second class is the usual Capoeira training session, including stretching, training and roda (circle where capoeira is played) with full bateria.
