Heaton Community Centre

The Heaton Community Centre classes are ideal for both beginners and more experienced capoeira students.

The class normally consists of a 30-45 minute music session where the students get to practice their skills on the berimbau, pandeiro, agogo and reco-reco.

The class is followed by a 1 and a half hour training session (approximately) finishing with a roda (circle where capoeira is played).
